Hello, Fisrt things to do on your list:1) Download the podcast from BP, and start listening the episodes, if you are a visual person, they have a youtube channel as well.2) Start asking tons of questions on the forums3) Print all the Ultimate beginner's guide4) Keep asking questions!

A great place for beginners I find is note investor.com

@David Dachtera  there is a bill going through the system in Texas to make sub too illegal.. as it should be or it should be highly regulated.. its far to dangerous .. you have too many beginners thinking they can do these deals and walk away.. leaving the sellers and buyers in a big pickle

Is there a good second book that people recommend for a beginner especially in my case?
