I suppose its possible to buy a house for $100K and sell it for $230K without putting anything into it, but that's the exception, not the rule.If your purchase plus rehab (which, in your case includes the cash for keys) is 70% of the ARV, you sell it for ARV, you use hard money, you sell with an agent, and you sell in about six months, your profit will be about 15% of ARV.

If a tenant is making more work for you, it should cost them more.Yup….allowed payment methods are described in the standard lease used by realtors here in Texas, you can check off authorized payment measures, as  Michael says it has to be part of the lease terms.If we have a paying tenant, we have had great luck using Venmo (or I suppose apple pay would have similar success).

I have always heard visually reading the material is better but I know personally i retain the information best by the audio .another question I have been thinking lately is it possible to train the mind yourself using NLP to operate at higher than the so called 5% of brain activity we supposedly use each day .

One time when I was coming back I even saw a staff member opening one door after another saying they were looking for the owner of a car in the parking lot and since there's all different people here day and night for my safety and the safety of some valuable stuff I have in there I went ahead and changed the lock.by law they're supposed to notify the tenant and get permission before they just go and open people's doors.
