I won't name that company, but I will highly recommend mylandtrustee above ^.One huge perk of Land Trusts and part of the reason we used them for the JV BRRRRs was that ownership percentages could be changed through the project by reaching out to the trustee and doing some straightforward documentation.

I'd probably go back and listen to a year's worth of podcasts and see if you like his style and info. 

You typically don't want to split up construction and engineering services/planning here, but we did this to let us see how well we work with the firm.It's probable, if we work well together, they will also be our GC.
