"Condo Association" is all my loan officer had to say to strike away all my excitement in becoming an investor....It's been hours everyday in anticipation, knowing I had a little golden goose waiting to claim.....What is standing in the way is ......The condo has ridiculous fees and management was known for all their problems so I knew there was NO WAY they'll meet the bank's preferences.....surely enough I'm right!

While speaking to the loan officer, I asked specifically if they did portfolio loans.

However when I checked the listing it appears many of them are actual Bank Branch office locations!

They have a part of the office with a banner on the wall which reads, "We fix LegalZoom entities."

I use his paperwork fill out all the info, take a check to the Building Inspections Office and when the plumber is complete, I order the inspection and basically serve as the plumbers assistant when getting the job inspected.

We want to bring in a new manufactured home and use the current manufactured home as an office and extra work space.

My loan officer said they can do more conventional loans (these will be number's 5-10), but they will require 30% down moving forward.

If there's an office, representative, or phone number I can direct him to, that's really what I'm looking for.

In Jersey City, it is expected that commercial properties (i.e. offices, large multi-family rentals, etc.) will see a bigger increase in property taxes, and waterfront condos that don't have abatements will see increases.  

If the OSHA compliance officer deems that it's a willful violation, it triples.
