I don't read stories of renters camping out to be first in line for an apartment with their rental resume and their heart felt essay to the owner telling them how they will cherish the property from cities in Indiana or say Arizona.

Thank you for the warm welcome, as well as advice on making a decision between full time and part time investing.

Make sure you have a service animal policy as well and know how to identify legitimate service animals vs. pets.Animals... dogs, cats, caged pets whose owners let them roam free out of their cages, warm blooded or cold blooded... can cause property damage fairly quickly.

Just like investing in Real Estate there will always be critics and people will say and do things to try and tear you down for one reason or another, but at the end of the day as long as know your heart and believe in what you are doing that is really all that matters.

I am a real estate investors at heart as I have 13 doors currently in Michigan, and will look to follow that same concept in Illinois.I have looked at Lakeview, Rogers Park, Hoffman Estates, and Itasca, basically anywhere I can get to the city by transit in 30-45 min to downtown, as this is where my new job will be at.
