The appraisal already went through and we were cleared to close, but a lay off is a lay off and we couldn't qualify for the mortgage without my salary.That being said, I will echo the others, trying to re-trade the deal at this point just sounds underhanded.

Aside from the temporary shut down for hospitality type workers, Trade Shows are closed, manufacturing is on hold, products cant get sold etc.

In my humble opinion, there are not enough young people entering the trades.

My first thought is to find an REI firm in need of someone to manage their CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc) as that's something where I already have the skills and would be able to learn a lot just from watching deals go through. 

So another obtainable goal I have is to gain handy skills and work with tools!

If rentals are not in an LLC and are owned directly by me, what should I put in the "Business Legal Name" and "Trade Name" fields of the SBA EIDL loan application?

Many business owners have a mix of a trade business and also invest in real-estate.

I don't think I saw anything trade for close to that outside of that very narrow window.I think this time is going to be much different though.
