For example, I know almost everything in Minneapolis sells between 7x to 9x.

Im not sure if they would even sell. 

I am seeing more and more investors having difficulty selling their property and refinancing them since they are highly over leveraged. 

I've had bad experiences with two different property management companies in Columbus that stemmed from them not taking timely action on repairs that cost me a lot of money and also not identifying obvious things in inspections that led to higher turnover rates and increased the time that it took to get the unit ready for the next tenant. 

From there we aim to identify the best possible fit with a tax advisor in our network and then get started on a flat fee basis for that process.

I could sell the lots and make a good chunk, but I cant sell them because of fear.  

No one is selling anything.
