Hey bigger pockets community, I was just randomly thinking about my everyday operations as a wholesaler.

People want to say that is unsustainable over time.Here is just a random property that popped up on the internet. 

Would it make the call less random if I had a property in mind?

Another option would be to purchase, live there rent free, and rent out the other 2 rooms (near college town and random technical schools).

To me, those random, big ticket items that aren't foreseen are challenging.

So you found these "mines" listed on bizquest.com (already available for the entire world to see) and figured you could just get them under contract and wholesale them to some random guy who has $20M laying around?

Yeah, I've come across a bunch of them in random areas, but I just thought having its own forum would encourage more rehab collages or videos.

It depends on many variables and some are more like random luck than pure logic.I do not focus on short sales.

Some random woman owns that middle plot of land that the driveway goes through (it's just land, no house or anything), and she is not willing to sell it to the owner or me.
