Sorry for the long post and if it's not as professional as other posts but anyone willing to give me good advice I'm willing to hear I am a novice and want to be entrenched with this information 

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

You just need to shop around for the professional companies with multiple crews and an office.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

You have to learn from people that know.Find a professional, complement their strengths, and profit together.

i really curious how professional contractor able to enhance the landscape so the house can be sold way higher than without landscaping....

And to Mike's point, if money can be made, why not do it yourself and self-manage the STR or even hire a professional manager and cut out the middle man arbitrager.
