They should therefore never try to copy my way, but instead apply a similar thought process and rationale that I try to share to come up with a custom made strategy for them.Another thing I will add that kinda annoys me is that many want me to take their hand and walk them through every single step by step, find the deals for them, help them negotiate, help them renovate, etc. for free, as if I have nothing better to do with my time.

Also per my contract it states that I should give a 30-day written notice of intention to terminate (which I stated verbally but never written) otherwise the agreement is automatically renewed from month to month (I grabbed a general lease, I should have customized it).- What if they pay the rent they owe for this month?

EtcIf you are new then it can be difficult to even know what you want from your PM until you've experienced some "getting to know each other" pains.In a way I am a little understanding....think about if you were running a PM company....you kind of have two very different "customers": the tenants and the owners.
