With that being said, a 6% commission usually gets knocked down to 5% and if you are sharing that with another Realtor it is then knocked down to 2.5% with the prices on properties at an all time low, the commission is low as well.Many many times you put in 100% dedication trying to help your seller avoid foreclsoure, deal with the banks (UGH!)
