As I was reading all of the comments that echo the voice of reason I kept wondering if both duplexes are in the same area and stand to attract the same tenant pool.

but i pay, i keep the area clean. i told the head guy some choice words after i was heated and flipped out on him... i really don't care for them at this point... i just want to know can they force me to move or foreclose on my house even if i pay the dues, keep the area clean, don't throw any parties,, etc... they don't want me calling the office any longer, i'm still going to..... i basically call them and tell them they suck at their jobs because something still isn't fixed and all they care about is my money... i do this several times a day... i could careless about them... the words i said, trust me there is no forgiving

Since Mobile homes are cheaper, I thought I'd start by reading up and researching on buying one and flip for a Lonnie deal.It seems there's a new law that's in effect starting January 2014 and it seems the owner financing on mobile home flips are no longer allowed unless one uses a 3rd party lending company?

IF these were the case, just sad the original owner left I up to either BK, heirs, estates or probate attorneys/processes to deal with.Only point here, other parties are involved - and the described deal by the poster would not play out as described.

I grew up in South Carolina in asmall town called Timmonsville.I am a college professor and the drummer in an 11-piece bandthat plays party dance music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s.My goals are to get back into the real estate game full hog and do it better this time :-).I would like to start with buy-and-flipping and later add buy -and- hold rentals.I am open to other techniques but wanna stick with one before movingto another.
