@Joshua FallinTenant is still responsible but if it were me and they were a good tenant not sure I would penalize them because of the benefit of being able to sell a house in September vs holiday season.

(I understand i'll be learning mostly regulations and such through the licensing course, nothing really beneficial as far as investment strategies go).Hope everyone is having a great holiday season! 

I spent most of my holidays tramping but my family owned in Auckland, Warkworth, Milford, and Albany during their time there.

Best Buy has good discounts if it's around any holiday.

We have rented out our primary residence on Airbnb (1/2 of the duplex) when we travel for the summer and a few holidays and it’s been a good experience.

They may complain, but very few people would move out at the holidays over $25-$30.

I've asked to schedule a walkthrough and said that I would like it listed by the weekend, as next week is within 3 weeks of the beginning of the month with a major holiday in the mix.
