Of course they never found it and the city of Harrisburg eventually went bankrupt due to the massive expenditure of placing the official USA Today “#1 City in the USA” graphic on every police car, ambulance, uniform, fire truck, building, park bench, police dog, memorial statue, lamppost, street light, crossing guard, trash truck… you get the point.

I will eventually rehab some properties and then purchase more rentals.

Eventually (hopefully sooner than later), I'd like to use OPM, but I'm still learning and wrapping my head around the process.

I don't know if it's a sewer seeping issue, but the way the house is situated does make some water coming from neighbors (both to the right side, and on top the slope), and partially goes to the neighbor on the left side (their yard also has noticeable green grass that eventually goes down to a creek).

My plan is to buy and hold rental properties and eventually gain financial independence. 

Initially I was just running numbers without gaining any insight but eventually I started to see why experienced folks say run numbers on 100s of deals as you are getting started.

The goal is to eventually invest in real estate full time, but know it will be a long challenging process.  

If you do inform them, will they initiate a claim or contact the tenant which could eventually set things in motion?

I'm glad I was able to find you something that meets the "I would live there myself" test since that property on Santiago you were pumped about certainly did not hahahah.The great thing about this property is that you could eventually split the lots if you wanted and sell one house and one duplex.
