Replaced kitchen cabinets and appliances (Cabinets are not very current, very odd)BUTThen did not update the master bath(1995), nor the 2nd bath.?

Let's say you have to repaint every two years, get the carpets cleaned (and/or hardwoods refinished) every two years, replace the carpet every 5 years, fix broken cabinets/appliances/plumbing fixtures/light fixtures, etc.

I don't do percentage completion, but identify and attach specific tasks - carpeting, kitchen cabinets, roof, exterior paint, interior paint, etc. - to specific draws so that I can send out an independent draw inspector with the SOW and draw schedule to tell me, for example, 1) roof done?
