I would use your social media, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist.

I do everything from video/music/picture marketing, social media posts, website design, contract negotiations, managing homeowners/crews, design layouts, pickup and deliver orders/materials, tile install, flooring, drywall, cabinets etc!

I've decided to just sell the house to them, get out of the landlord business and just invest the money, taking a portion out monthly to cover our expenses until we hit 70 and start collecting social security (assuming that it still exists by then). 

For you its about making money and spending it.For some people there is a social aspect to their real estate plan.For me I feel everyone has their own path and whatever way they choose to participate in real estate is up to them and I will never criticize their why and I would hope they wouldn't criticize someone elses.

When you get your license, you should send a mass branded email to everyone you know, and start posting on your social media about it. 

Social media influencers are not going away any time soon.
