In single-family homes, I recommend the tenant provide their own washer/dryer.

Those are going to be my biggest questions when looking for something like this on or off the market.Thank you for the input. previous business owner and building owner has been practicing for a while and built this office for medical office ( receptionist and exam rooms ) with nice decorations.

I will say I rarely see water softeners in the properties we buy or hear any investors recommend installing them.

Am I reading Option 1 right, if you don't make the repairs for the MH, then you'll have to lower the rent to the current tenant?

From my point of view for event guest screening and security deposits, Superhog is reliable and integrates well for STRs and events, but you might need to adjust its setup for your use case.

If you reported a lot of expenses and showed a loss, then the loss will be treated as a liability in DTI calculation.
