I like Zelle (supported by the major banks and likely already built into your banking app.

I only open up 90 days at a time so I don’t get people booking so far out and I never accept payment off the app.

I have played around with the Deal Machine App and it seems pretty good and user friendly but I do not have any relevant success story from using it.My general impression is that whatever source you are using to find absentee owners, it is going to require a lot of effort on your part. 

My goal on this app is to be able to connect with other agents in the Chicagoland area and get the chance to collaborate with them on houses.

I’m reviewing these two online apps and would love to hear feedback from anyone who has used either or both.

I'm assuming you have a market-rate property and an app is presenting a voucher?

Hey Jalon,I use the "Homesnap" app this work with geolocation whenever the area you are driving and it's great for deal finding, Hope this helps

I think it would be great to have a mobile app, but I question whether it is too much data to enter in without a keyboard. 

Proleads offer everything that REsimpli offers + they might have additional apps built-in.
