I have a Rainsoft water purifier for my personal home. 

I thought it was challenging investing out of state, but now seeing you in your position (investing from another country) sure gives me motivation that it can be done by using the right systems and with the right team.

The basement could be full of water, foundation issues, or there's mold on every wall.  

Another 50-100 in P trap + water lines. 

Alabama is nice but the deals don't run like water. 

Because after rehab it may then have a new HVAC, Water Heater and Roof, plus Electrical and Plumbing have likely been checked or re-done.

We looking to extend our system where we can continue to replicate deals after deals..

If water runs off your property towards Lake Tahoe then TRPA gets to tell you what to do as well as your local city/county rules.
