I guess the next step for me is negotiating the best terms with the bank.

I'm guessing it would take anywhere from 1 to 2 years to complete the split and improvements.

I guess a couple years ago the foundation deteriorated, they didn't repair it in time and it partially colapsed so the floors are sloped.

My guess, and it really is just that, is that collected rent is much lower than scheduled rent.

I am guessing that if you don't have a job it may not be stellar.
