Hey @Jodi Kaili and others.You may want to list "Salt Lake City" as a keyword alert and see who the big players are in the area; network with them and ask them who they use as a CPA.If you guys are still having troubles finding a local CPA - You may want to reach out to a CPA who works with clients remotely.Did you have any tax questions for the time being?

Unless this is on the water or the base of a major ski resort having ten units all in one place seems like a significant risk to take on.

@Richard Olshove there are several players in this space. 

I am analyzing a few units that are in resorts.  

Quickbooks is the main player in the accounting industry.

@Adrienne Clarke one recomendation I have is to broaden your thinking and expand beyond vacation/resort destinations.

I would suggest you look at condos or townhomes in the resort style communities as I think they would perform better as smaller units.

I am in the process of purchasing a STR property in a resort in Kissimmee.

(Near beaches, lakes, resorts etc) This will help your chances of regulation being reasonable for vacation rentals. 

Resort areas, college town and some urban locations work well.
