Erik Kubec,Go to the IRS web address I just posted, click on "apply online now".Follow the prompts.Issue the 1099 to save yourself the trouble.As far as the IRS's job is concerned it is up to them to find this and they won't be too worried about who they were reporting income from other than that they reported all of it.

However, I have refused to rent to a few applicants who I felt were at risk for filing bankruptcy based on their numerous (20 or so) large unpaid debts which I felt would, at some point, cause them to file bankruptcy since they had no way to pay these debts off based on their current income/financial situation.On the other hand, I will not exclude applicants who have already previously filed bankruptcy and had the bankruptcy discharged since I know that they won't be able to file it again for quite a few years (depending on what chapter they filed).

SORRY Need help please I print a proof of funds from this website and submit two offers to the bank one of my offers is being accepted so now i need transactional funding to flip my deal to my Landlord i went back to the web site I request a transactional funding but they asking me for $ 299.00 at front to guarantee the funds so here is my problem m'i going to have a problem with the bank if i get transactional funding with another company different from my proof of funds what should i do.
