The Recorder's office is where you would search information on specific properties (liens, title holders, foreclosure notices, etc.) and the Court Records office is for researching specific court cases (probate, divorce, small claims, criminal, etc.)

Micro-brewery and custom craft beers is a growing market segment as people want specialty beers and are getting away from bland beers.Most micro's are offering food as well with a bar type atmosphere.

This would mean you are now first position lien holder and a foreclosure by you could wipe out inferior liens.I am not an attorney (nor trying to be one).

But in general, if you're not paying for a place and have no money and no job and struggle to buy food/clothes and live in a horrible neighborhood, what incentive do you have to take care of a ghetto house that's free from section 8?

Or is it just principal and interest, with the tax and insurance paid by the loan holder?

But as a long term buy and holder this doesn't really bother me that much.Again- thanks for all the great advice.

In some counties, there is a separate foreclosure website that provides the details of the owners, the loan originator, the current holder of the loan, and the sale date.
