I provide huge value to them by delivering a product for their clients, and they provide huge value to me since I get more eyes into the property that I'm selling and am favored from an already built-in relationship and trust between the agent and buyer.

I chose to build my PM business from ground.To create a working system and to organize processes is difficult in the beginning, but to my experience it is possible to create a working model based on personal knowledges and then to provide a high level of service to the clients.
