With experience as a bird dog you can eventually expand into wholesaling which is a bit tougher because you are signing contracts and you need some capital to do marketing and cut earnest money checks.Your effort and hustle makes up for lack of capital.

So, for the developers out there, with so many people who are paying more than 30% or more of their income in rent, making it impossible to save or a home eventually and even pushing the limits of being able to make rent, why isn't building more affordable housing seem appealing?

Eventually, I think this will sort itself out and the flood zone houses will drop in price accordingly.The other thing about Troy is that some parts of it seem to be revitalizing, but others seems stuck in the 1970s.
