You set them up as a Vendor in the Vendors Center in QuickBooks.You enter the bill they send you into the Vendors Center under their name in QuickBooks.You write a check from your bank in QuickBooks to this Vendor to pay the bill you received from them.Assign the work they did to a property or to your office expenses.

there has been many posts and threads on this company from what I glean they market the newbie no money crowdIn exchange for that they ask for NON refundable large deposits to work with them.MOST HML on this site myself included don't agree with their business strategy of asking for large non refundable deposits.. because we all know newbies or no money down folks have a tough time putting deals together and what little cash they have goes to this company that then never funds a deal for them because the deals never quite make their lending criteria.. so its a profit center for them without ever having to lend money.

if its a lot, that could mean structural problems, either rot or the foundation has settled, maybe a footing and beam in the center of the place has settled.
