You have to learn how to promote your property.You need to know when the high season is and when the low season is.

Sure states can enact laws that say different and choose not to prosecute but federal law trumps state and just in case the winds turn I wouldn’t want my business to actively be promoting it.  

Imagine what they could accomplish with rental units if they had fair laws and promoted building...

If you watch his youtube videos he promotes Crypto and Gold for the longterm. 

They're locking and deleting threads that are getting spammed with the same self-promotional comments, almost word for word, because it's annoying and against BP rules, and wreaks of desperation. 

I wouldn't say blackmail as that's a bit harsh, would more likely say help promote just like how any business owner would promote their business by asking people to like their Facebook page or give a 5 star on yelp/google in exchange for something of value. 

We've stayed at a lot of  VRBOs & used to stay at AirBNB until they went whacky, and the hosts always texted us confirmation and information, so obviously if they wanted to promote their place, the host has our phone number. 

A motivarted selelr CAN be experiencing one of these scenarios, sure... but one of these scenarios DOES NOT imply motivation Big differnce.Example:90% of people in foreclosure will try to find a way to KEEP their house... not SELL their house.This is obvious, this makes sense... then why then are all the gurus promoting the foreclosure list... when 90% of these people rather pour concrete down the drain than sell to you.. 

However, going by the reviews and my conversation, they seem to promote forming Delaware Statutory Trusts for CA investors.

There are tons of people promoting that type of ownership (the SDIRA custodians).
