This building needs all interiors done and most likely a roof as well.

My experience with construction is mostly interior, so preferably I would sub out everything to the point of root being on, then do everything else myself.

  - Resurfaced deck with synthetic boards, replaced old carpet with either laminate or sanded the hardwood underneath, painted rooms, replaced old light fixtures / ceiling fans with modern ones, updated interior door knobs,  finished the basement because it is dry, installed recessed lighting in many rooms, upgraded electrical panel to 150A. 

That is all I will do for now, but in the future I can add an interior door in the hallway which will enable the JADU exclusive access to the rear bathroom.
