The main reward is just buying that first one and then having the confidence and knowledge to continue buying more of them.

As I mentioned in the other post, I've been doing research on all aspects of real estate investing for two years while slowly building up my knowledge and contacts.

They can be extremely valuable to your knowledge journey.

Some big time realtors call these particular realtors and ask their opinion about a price on a piece of investment property because they know that they are so much more knowledgeable than they are.
