Due to Automotive, Engineering, Bio Medical and Machine learning technologies - AI, Robotics, Fuel Cell, Driverless etc etc. 

This was in the days before cell phones and my parents (who travelled and did gun shows) were in Houston where I was living at the time.  

I live in the downtown Woodstock area but am willing to travel wherever you guys would like.

I think I read in another of your posts about actually traveling to the mentee and giving one on one instruction?

I don't invest in these areas, but do occasionally travel to them and know people who invest there.

I have a situation that KEEPS arising and wondered if  I could get some feedback.. the apartments we rent have a huge student ratio, we are located next to a major university.. which is great.. we are at full capacity.. but I keep running into the problem of tenants having their parents come stay for 6 months at a time.. ( they travel from India mainly and want to see how the kids are doing and since its half way around the world they stay for long periods of time).. the problem I am having is 2 extra people residing in the apartment for upwards of 6 months.. they are sleeping in the living room.. which breaks the housing law of so many people per sleeping square footage.. they even call and ask to add them to lease so they can get health insurance while they are here.. help... its about 25% of the tenants who i am encountering this with.. and to put this is real life scenario.. the parents are here now.. and dont go back for 6 months so what to do with tenants who have them here already?????

Depends on the area you are looking and distance you want to travel.

The HOA is higher but I think the community amenities are appealing to travelers within the groups I am targeting.

I will be traveling across the US to a better housing market, I have access to the MLS for every state which is cheaper than hiring a realtor and will make my journey better and faster.
