If you can handle the concept of being mislead on a regular basis and a heavy dose of being lied to by everyone then it might be a path worth exploring.    

Learning from mistakes is the best teacher and any investor claiming they have never losses on an investment, I say, be very careful with that person, they are either lying or their first failure is right around the corner.

I did get an application from a couple that seemed very eager, loved the place, but my spidey sense went off about them and doing a bit of internet sleuthing, I found out half of the stuff on their application was a lie, their current “landlord” was really her sister who they were living with, etc… Dodged a bullet with that one.

I think the answer lies somewhere between "Yes and No". 

I moved to Kansas City in December of 2010 after finishing college to begin a career in Engineering Technology.

Im looking at signing up with a electronic (esign) signature company. looking for some opinions on the various companies out there. ease of use would be a priority as I consider myself "average" when it comes to technology.

Of course, I explain that I am not at all affiliated with those people, and that if their website is lying to them about how to get support then they should assume that they are being fed other lies as well.Maybe the Vegas couple have seen that I offer great value in the posts already produced on BP and would provide far better info ... :)
