Landlords that use Transunion smart move are looking at the vantage III score; the vantage III score heavily penalizes heavy users of credit like those of us that use personal credit to finance small businesses.

I have often used My Smart Move by Transunion and also used the services provided through my Buildium account, but I need more options since these services require the tenant to receive an email with a link to the screening request.I know I could always require them to go to a public library and create an e-mail account and access it there, but that isn't so easy for some people.
