Tenants do it all the time and we get pissed as landlords when the deal changes mid lease (a pet, a BF that has moved in, etc) so why wouldn't you expect the tenants to be upset when you tried to sneak in a replacement that was not like kind and quality to what they signed up for?

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

HI Jesse,If you move to a large Apartment Complex you won't have to worry about things like that.Plus in many of them you will have an onsite gym, a pool, a hot tub (full of new potential friends), and the possibility of having a pet or two.Good Luck!
