I have already lined up a professional property manager (the STR is out-of-state) and a design team (we are upgrading every room in the house and adding a ton of amenities). 

Purchase price: $130,000 Cash invested: $150,000 A buy, fix, refi and hold - after refi, we were $30k into the house.

Does it make sense to rent my current house out in Poconos, PA so we could rent an apartment in Florida?

I am open to just selling one as well, the person I was going with backed out but it would be a shared room if only 1 ticket was sold.

I looked at a house yesterday for Fix and Flip. 

Say fair market value today is $250k, and a person doing DSCR will be around let's say 8% all said and done.

I have a 4 bedroom house, and have noticed when searching for a place for 4 people, I don't appear on their map unless it's zoomed way in. 

Otherwise you're just giving the tenant longer to live in the house on your dime.
