With how detailed your plan to this business, I am little surprised by the question in your step 3 of if you really need to get a team of people.

You spend a lot of time chasing up details, helping people feel that deal is moving forward and other such things.If the game you want to get into is investing (the central point of the BP site) then you are really on a bit of a tangent.

I can discuss with you in more detail to get you ready for investing in the future.

But it's hard to offer any advice with no deal details....

I would not markup a service or product that's already at market rate.Agree with the second paragraph, and it should be detailed as to what is and is not included, but really, management includes any and all aspects required to promote, maintain and maximize the profit for your client/principal in your agency relationship.The first paragraph is clearly not acting in the best interest of your client/principal or employer, the reason an owner hires a manager includes their knowledge, expertise and ability to maximize profits for the owner.

Usually people provide a full details of the numbers (plus & minuses) such as rent, purchase price etc., if they want analytical feedback...Kudos,Mary

I blast market and make sure every possible detail is in the listing to limit emails back and forth. 9 times out of 10 I get it rented that weekend
