I have experience with commercial multi-family and there is no way you will learn a fraction of what you need to know to get into the business successfully.

That's 3 hot water heater, 3 roofs, 3 heating/cooling systems, 3 of everything... including 3 crappy tenants all somewhere far away. 

I just did my 1st deal in Los Angeles and already have a system there.

Good Afternoon Investors,Need help analyzing this deal:I have a multipurpose use facility that is wanting to be turned into a multi-plea gym and volleyball with retaiil stores in the front.  

I presently have a contract with a seller on a home and going through some inspections of the mechanicals and well system.

I work as a team with my girlfriend and we’re mainly interested in buy and hold multi-family properties on the smaller end (duplex, triplex up to 15 units).

My husband and I are looking for wholesale deals, rehabs and buy-and-hold multi-families.

I really want to do flips as well as buy and holds (ideally multi-family units, apartments are the goal).

And multi family is not out of the question at all.

After 5 years in the industry I was able to accumulate 7 multi-family buildings and went into Real Estate Investing full-time at the beginning of this year.Good luck and I would be happy to share some experience with you.
