Looking to connect with other investors.

The downtown area has revitalized significantly in the last 5 years.

Since my last post, the price has dropped from $70k to $50k, so I think I made the right choice.

I even helped last time with taking care of the wasps nest but makes more sense to turn it over to a professional company at the tenants expense.
