You'll be put in the middle and held responsible for any valuables a tenant claims have gone missing after entry. 

LLCs also allow for a dynamic change to the operating agreement between the members of the LLC and also they can spell out the responsibilities of each member.

Ideally, response with a full color analysis would be appreciated instead of just individual pieces.

When I first started landlording I tried an "exit survey" for outgoing tenants, and the response rate (even with SASE) was so low I abandoned it.

Welcome sorry about the delayed response I have been traveling.

When you are done, read them again. it is your responsibility to know the laws in which you need to be in compliance with. once you finish reading you will understand that the terms of a lease carry with the property, and are in full force and effect as though your signature was on the original lease.
