So, if you can spend $1000 on a mini solution, and add $2000 in value or you can spend $5000 on a maxi solution and add only $7000 in value, just spend the $1000.It is really, really, really easy to overspend on a flip.

Aside from the $1k difference, I like the "passive" solution of dirt and vapor barrier but I want to make sure it will work.If I'm really lucky, maybe somebody in the Tulsa area could suggest a contractor to do this for me?
