I have the calls go to a Google Voice # and then I check Google voice and ask for an email address to which I send an overview of the Rent to Own program and a brief overview of the properties.

I'm looking for some advice on my current security deposit situation.My former (very disagreeable and difficult) tenant moved out and I mailed his security deposit settlement to him at his new address via Certified Mail with Return Receipt within 30 days, as SC law requires.

@Kameron Carson They won't be in a nice easy list unless you want to pay for one you can drive around find properties that look like they might be a bit run down, write down the address, when you get back home you can look up the owner, then you can either write them a letter or do some investigate work / pay for a skip trace service to find a phone number and call them.
