That said, I need a property management/bill pay app that is tested and tried to work under the harshest internet connections.Does anyone have experience with a better system for rural users, grandma, and country folk.

If you are trying to build credit I would suggest getting a cell phone in your name and making the monthly payments on it. 

I see there are several apps or services I could signup for to streamline the process.I am looking for some of the communities experience on what works and doesn't work what you like or don't like and any recommendation you may have.Ultimately what ever I choose need to be user friendly for both me and the tenants.

You could also consider a cell tower lease, subdividing in accordance with zoning or a family exemption, leasing land to farmers or grazers, timbering the land, or even "donating" the land through a charitable/conservation easement.
