@Matt Engle yeah I plan on listening to RE podcasts while traveling to and from work.

I currently have one buy and hold SFH which Ive been sitting on for a few years now.Secondly, I am myself a transient worker traveling all over the East Coast working on projects for 1 - 2 months at a time.

I am open to all of Florida though, since I travel the state for work.Thank you for the perspective and hopefully we can chat and network even more

I guess this is AirBNB's which aren't getting business because of Covid restricted travel.

Most of my clients are high risk (meaning they often have complex medical conditions).

Due to Automotive, Engineering, Bio Medical and Machine learning technologies - AI, Robotics, Fuel Cell, Driverless etc etc. 

This was in the days before cell phones and my parents (who travelled and did gun shows) were in Houston where I was living at the time.  

I live in the downtown Woodstock area but am willing to travel wherever you guys would like.

I think I read in another of your posts about actually traveling to the mentee and giving one on one instruction?

I don't invest in these areas, but do occasionally travel to them and know people who invest there.
