They can mail in checks with a deposit slip.It really would be bettwer to have a servicer, but if things are going smoothly, and you want to sell the note soon, just make sure the payments are deposited timely.You, as an individual, can not report to any credit agency as you must be a member to report.

for a flip, i'd prefer a gas range over electric...if you're stuck with electric, i like the look of smoothtop, but it depends on price range and area of course..for a little more moneythough, i think the looks of a smooth top are worth it

Unfortunately, in the real world, unless you have lots of experience in creating scopes of work and creating schedules and managing contractors, it's unlikely that something like this would go smoothly, unless there was NO overlap in work.For example, if the downstairs guy has plumbing work to do downstairs and the upstairs guy has plumbing work to do upstairs, there's bound to be issues.
