You are going to be asking some loan officers to spend their time and resources without getting any positive results, so also be sensitive to their time and efforts as well.

Can anyone guide me through the process of buying a house without an agent and what I need to look for.

I'm a bit biased as I'm the President but we have a ton of resources and events for investors. 

Your agent with experience can help you identify properties that would be a fit for a 203k loan and then guide you through the offer/transaction process which is a lot of times very different than a traditional purchase.

Also consider your resources.

I am currently using Redfin and realtor.com as my main resource but am struggling, mainly because I don’t see any comps on those sites.

If anyone can guide us with contacts of Property Managers or sellers and any information that could be useful, we would appreciate it- What are the best areas to invest, any local laws we need to be aware of, what are the key things to look for , etc .THank you !
