I am mostly interested in learning about out of state BRRRR investing and about finance careers in the real estate industry.

I know for certain that Real Estate is where I want to be and I thought about getting my Agent's License as a way to make some money, learn more about the industry and get direct access to the MLS for finding deals.

Anyone kind in the same boat, and have been able to do real estate while pursuing a dream of having a creative job like film, photography, etc?

You cant so much for $20 bucks these days.A lot of things he does seem capricious and without research (for example, his proposed "7-round mag" for rifles-expecting the entire industry to alter their products just for him).
