So I always just look up my competitors listings and see what they're charging and how full they are....which amenities do they have, etc....You can double-check with the sites you mentioned, but to rely only on them would be foolish IMHO....

I target realtors who have new construction listings and also target new home builders as end buyers.

I have my list and am trimming it down and gathering info as I do that.

I'll cut and paste what we send out for the initial approval for a loan on multi-family, but it's similar to what we ask for for a MH Park.
