I have an excellent credit score (high 700's from two; 800+ from the third) and I am looking for a solid lender.

However, I do believe I have found an excellent under the radar provider in KC.

MLS public records lets you put it into an excel sheet or actually into a label format.

I eventually settled on Atlanta for the reasons previously mentioned and also because I found property managers/agents at Excalibur Homes to be extremely responsive and helpful.I did a lot of searching for homes, I made my own excel sheet with formulas to plug in numbers on properties.

I read Brandon Turner's articles on Renting your House and Tenant Screening: Ultimate Guide (excellent resources), and feel more confident in going ahead and marketing the rooms for rent.
