I allow appropriately neutered/spayed cats, and dogs that are not puppies, and that are not on my insurer's prohibited dog list.

If many of your tenants have pets, even including coupons for 'doggy wash/day care' places would be nice, as well as potty pick up baggies (a self serve there as well, creating good habits for tenants), local dog parks, local vets info.

It was on the MLS I went out walked the dog through the neighborhood, and hung out near the garage, and soon this nice lady came along and parked her car in her garage, I walked over and asked if I could talk to her about her experience in the building.
