You can certainly house hack, but I believe it will have to be a commercial loan.

I have done some reading about real estate investing and believe that it's time to execute the strategies toward financial freedom.I'm interested in "subject to" housing, foreclosure, wholesaling, and other strategies when it comes to real estate investing.I would love to hear from someone who is a full-time real estate investor/ flipper in the Providence, Rhode Island area.

Sure they cost more to acquire, but I believe the tenant quality is a lot higher and mitigate a lot of risk, especially important for an out of town investor.

I am also starting off with my dad and brother and believe the same as you, we can buy more properties and scale a lot faster together than individually.

They will then try and sell you a policy that does cover all your risk, but I believe that premium will disqualify this property from being profitable.

Hi @Lamon Lashley Jr - I don't believe there is a rehab element with the HomePossible loan. 

I believe "House Hacking" would be a great first investment and help teach me the reins a bit, but I'm open to any suggestions as to what a seasoned investor would recommend.
