On the other hand, if there's any evidence of a significant decline in business over the past year to 18 months, then I'd be prepared for that trend to possibly worsen before it gets better.All that said, there's also major new development going on right now just west of the Omni/mall, which I'm not sure but think is supposed to include a good amount of residential (something that's been a bit lacking in the area immediately surrounding the downtown mall for years).

I suppose it is possible for a treasurer to get a little ambitious and implement this structure (I'd have to check the statutes if there is anything explicitly against it) but why would they?

Supposedly if you keep it as lease & option in one document, then you will need to foreclose instead of a simple eviction.I personally got a little scared of all the legalities surrounding a Lease Option Wholesale so I never went through with any deals but I WILL say that I got about 5 yes's in my first couple weeks of looking for leads just by using Zillow FSBO to cold call.
